TRADE IN YOUR USED INSTRUMENTS AND GEARS
You can TRADE IN your used instruments and gears and we will make you an attractive offer.
Bring them to our store and if we are interested in the products we will pay you CASH. You can also send the details by email or fax. Please bring along your identity card and invoice or any proof of ownership .We will not make a purchase if we are unsure about the products or the status of ownership.Please note we will not buy used softwares,unlicensed products and counterfeit products.

Warranty Periods
All warranty periods are extended by our Local Distributors or Regional Distributors. Thus we extend the same warranty period to our customers.Please check out the warranty period and conditons by the manufacturers on the warranty cards or website.In most cases it is not applicable to products sold outside of USA or country of Manufacturers but all warranty will be covered by their Distributors in the region you purchase your products.(Most local distributors are listed in the Manufacturers website.)
Returns and Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with any product, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price, a credit note or exchange for another product within 7 days from the Sales Invoice or Cash Sales Invoice date.

All returns must be in the complete and original packaging with all accessories and complete documentation (Owner's Manual, warranty card, quick start guides etc.), show no signs of wear or use and maybe subject to a restocking fee of 30% off the price you paid.

All software,Special Offers,Special Orders,Promotional items and preowned products are NOT returnable.
