If our prices are favourable to you and you agree to proceed with the purchase, a proforma invoice with product details and shipping charges and a link to our Payment Gateway, iPay88 will be send to you to submit your payment.

Delivery and Shipping

To ensure completely safe, proper handling and prompt delivery we choose to use GDEX, Poslaju and UPS as our principal agents for local and international delivery. Domestic Delivery in West Malaysia are also made using our own delivery van

No minimum purchase amount is required.

We use Gdex,Poslaju or UPS shipping for fast, reliable delivery.

FREE shipping for some items to West Malaysia only and NOT applicable for special offers, oversize goods, special orders.

Shipping charges and/or a Handling Charge is applicable for delivery to Sabah and Sarawak.

All international shipping will be via UPS or any other courier services requested.

Delivery Time

Domestic delivery takes two working days and two to five days for Sabah and Sarawak.

All international delivery time will take two weeks

Our SANDMAN LIMO is an exclusive delivery service provided to our customers within Malaysia.

Return goods policy

If you are not satisfied with any product, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price, a credit note or exchange for another product within 7 days from the date of receiving the products.

If your purchase was eligible for Free Shipping, the shipping cost will be borne by you.

Before any returns or request for refunds are made, please call or send us an email and tell us your reason(s). Upon approval a Return Approval Code will be given to you.

All returns must be in the complete and original packaging with all accessories and complete documentation (Owner's Manual, warranty card, quick start guides etc.), show no signs of wear or use and maybe subject to a restocking fee of 30% off the price you paid.

All software, Special Orders and used gears are NOT returnable.

Our store and showroom are open from Tuesday to Sunday , 10-00am to 9.00pm except on Saturday and Sunday, the closing time will be 7.00pm.We are off on Monday.
